Viviz Technologies ("Viviz", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Viviz WhatsApp Business Platform at meta.viviz.in. This policy applies to the public website, demonstration requests, platform accounts, and WhatsApp communications processed through the service.
1. Who is responsible for the data
Viviz operates the platform and is responsible for data collected directly through this website and for its own business communications. When a customer business uses the platform to communicate with its contacts, that business determines the purpose and audience of those messages and is responsible for its notices, lawful basis, opt-ins, and campaign content. Viviz processes that data to provide the service.
2. Information we collect
- Demo and business enquiries: name, business name, phone number, email, industry, expected message volume, and enquiry text.
- WhatsApp contact data: phone number, WhatsApp ID, profile name, optional email, tags, notes, block state, and last interaction time.
- Communications: inbound and outbound message content, message type, timestamps, delivery/read/failure status, template name, captions, and media references.
- Consent records: message category, disclosure shown, grant or withdrawal, source, timestamp, evidence, and proof reference.
- Campaign and service data: recipient selection, campaign status, scheduled/sent times, suppressions, errors, and template metadata.
- Account and security data: administrator identity, session cookie, login/audit events, request metadata, and technical logs used to protect and operate the service.
3. Where information comes from
Information may come from you, the business using the platform, a WhatsApp interaction, a website or offline opt-in form, a permitted CRM/CSV import, Meta webhooks, or service providers used to deliver the platform.
4. How we use information
- Provide conversations, templates, broadcasts, automation, analytics, and customer support.
- Authenticate administrators, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain audit records.
- Record and enforce opt-in, opt-out, block, template, frequency, and quality controls.
- Process demo requests and communicate about requested products or services.
- Diagnose failures, maintain availability, comply with law, and enforce our terms.
- Generate or classify replies when an authorized business enables AI features.
5. WhatsApp messaging and consent
Businesses may send messages only to people who provided their number and the permission required for the message category. A support enquiry does not by itself grant marketing consent. Users may send STOP MARKETING, STOP UPDATES, or STOP to withdraw messaging permissions. We and platform customers must also honor valid opt-out requests received through other channels.
6. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Meta and WhatsApp to deliver messages, templates, media, status events, and account-quality functions.
- Infrastructure providers that host the application, database, backups, monitoring, and network services.
- Amazon Web Services when media storage is configured.
- Anthropic when an authorized business enables AI reply, classification, or summarization features; relevant message text and limited conversation context may be sent for that purpose.
- Professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, or meet a legal obligation.
- A successor organization during a merger, acquisition, or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. International processing
Meta, cloud, storage, and AI providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, the responsible business must use appropriate contractual and legal safeguards for those transfers.
8. Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and consent evidence, resolve disputes, meet contractual or legal duties, and operate backups. Retention can vary by data type and customer agreement. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove limited records from protected backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, or legally required archives.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use our Data Deletion Instructions or contact online@viviz.in. We may verify your identity and ask the relevant customer business to handle a request when it controls the communication.
10. Cookies and security
The public pages do not use advertising cookies. The administrator area uses a secure session cookie required for login. We use access controls, encrypted transport, webhook signatures, rate limits, audit trails, and credential controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The platform is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Customers must not use it to collect or send marketing to children in breach of applicable law or Meta policy.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service, law, or providers change. The revision date appears at the top. Questions or complaints may be sent to online@viviz.in, by phone at +91 93440 64631, or by post to 2/13/3, Sri Sathyam Nagar, Lalgudi, Thalakudi, Tiruchirappalli - 621216, Tamil Nadu, India.
